No prior knowledge of Excel required: you start at the basics and build up to expert level.
You start with the online Excel 2019 e-learning (Basic, Advanced and Expert), after which you take the GMetrix MO-201 practice exam. If you score too low on certain parts, you repeat the relevant modules in the e-learning and take the practice exam again. Once you score sufficiently, you make an appointment to take the official MO-201 exam with us in Almere or online.
Component 1: Excel 2019 Basic e-learning. Format: interactive training with 45 instructional videos and 45 practical exercises directly in the real Excel environment, plus 5 theoretical assignments with additional information. Content: getting started with Excel and filling in a workbook, making your first calculations, formatting your data attractively, printing worksheets and managing page setup, working more efficiently, navigating and managing how data is displayed.
Component 2: Excel 2019 Advanced e-learning. Format: interactive training with 60 instructional videos and 60 practical exercises, plus 5 theoretical assignments. Content: formatting more complex tables, displaying figures in charts, improving chart appearance, making tables more attractive, working with data tables and lists, creating and using pivot tables.
Component 3: Excel 2019 Expert e-learning. Format: interactive training with 42 instructional videos and 42 practical exercises, plus 5 theoretical assignments. Content: increasing your effectiveness, using advanced calculation functions, discovering lesser-known features, sharing and security, macros and automation.
Component 4: Office 2019 and Excel 2019 Use Cases. Format: video training, 68 minutes. Content: Excel, Word or PowerPoint with a Microsoft 365 subscription, plus practical cases such as quality control, visitor statistics, budget management and cost reduction with Excel.
Component 5: Online Excel course book (versions 2019 and 365). Format: digital reference work to keep consulting after the course.
Component 6: GMetrix MOS practice exam MO-201. Preparatory practice exam that mirrors the structure and difficulty of the official exam.
Component 7: Official MO-201 Microsoft Excel 2019 Expert exam. To be taken at OEM in Almere or online via Remote Proctoring.
