AB-731: Drive AI Transformation in Your Organisation

Introducing AI is not an IT project. It is a change challenge for the entire organisation. AB-731 is the official Microsoft training for managers and decision makers who lead that change: from strategy and governance to risk management and return on investment.

The training prepares for the AB-731 exam and the Microsoft Certified: AI Transformation Leader certification.

What do you learn?

• Developing an AI strategy that fits your organisation
• Setting up governance, compliance and responsible AI use
• Managing risks and translating the EU AI Act into policy
• Determining the business case and ROI of AI
• Taking employees along in the change

Who is it for?

For managers, directors, IT governance professionals, auditors and consultants who steer AI initiatives. No coding knowledge needed. Employees who use AI daily choose AB-730.

The exam is not included in the price. You take it in Almere on Fridays from 09:00 to 10:00, in Elsloo by appointment, or online.
