At Basic level you learn to start chats with colleagues and groups, schedule and manage meetings, share your screen during online meetings, share and co-edit files in Teams, work with the Teams calendar and understand and apply the structure of teams and channels. The Basic course is ideal for employees who have little or no experience with Teams and want to collaborate effectively via the platform immediately.
Teams Advanced course — getting more out of the platform
At Advanced level you work with integrating apps in Teams such as Planner for task management and Forms for surveys, collaborating on documents in shared channels with version control, communicating with external users via guest accounts, recording and reviewing meetings and working with breakout rooms for interactive sessions. The Advanced course is ideal for team leaders, project managers and employees who want to use Teams as a full collaboration platform.

Microsoft Copilot is now available in Teams. Our Teams courses include a practical Copilot module.
