Every training starts with a free baseline assessment so all participants start at the right level.
What does your team learn in a Publisher in-company training?
Participants learn to work with the Publisher interface and available templates for brochures, flyers, newsletters and folders. They discover how to insert and format text boxes, images, shapes and color areas. Participants learn to work with the corporate colors and fonts of your organization and how to save these in templates for consistent use across the team. At advanced level mail merge for personalized publications, advanced formatting techniques and exporting to PDF for print-ready files are covered.
Publisher 2021 and 2019 — note the future
OEM offers Publisher training for both Office 2021 and Office 2019. It is important to note that Microsoft Publisher is no longer available in Microsoft 365 — the application is only supported as part of the classic Office 2019 and Office 2021 packages. For organizations considering a move to Microsoft 365 alternatives are available via Microsoft Word for text-based publications and Microsoft PowerPoint for visual publications and presentation materials.

The OEM Publisher in-company training includes a free baseline assessment and intake conversation with the trainer prior to the training, a fully customized training program tailored to the publication types your organization creates, a certified trainer with desktop publishing experience, free handouts for all participants, an online evaluation after completion and a certificate of participation for every participant. Course books are available at an additional cost.
