IT for Non-IT Professionals

Many employees work with IT every day, but lack the basics to understand what happens behind the scenes. As a result, conversations with the IT department or suppliers are difficult and decisions are made on gut feeling. In this in-company training your team gets a grip on IT, in plain language.
