MS-4021: Copilot Immersion Experience

Your organisation has Microsoft 365 Copilot, or is considering it. Then you want employees to use it well from day one. MS-4021 is the official Microsoft introduction to Copilot: short, practical and immediately applicable.

In one half-day session participants experience what Copilot does in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams. They write their first good prompts and see how Copilot works with their own business data.

Who is it for?

For all employees who work with Microsoft 365 and want to get started with Copilot quickly. No prior knowledge needed. Ideal as a kick-off for a Copilot roll-out, followed by MS-4018.

• Duration: one half-day session (3 hours)
• Location: at your location or live online via Teams
• Group: up to 12 participants, no minimum
• Trainer: Microsoft Certified Trainer
• Language: English or Dutch
• Completion: certificate of participation
