MS-4023: Transform Ideas into Action with Copilot Chat

Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is the secure AI chat within your Microsoft 365 environment. Many employees already have access to it, but still use the free ChatGPT. That puts your business data at risk. MS-4023 is the official Microsoft training that teaches your team to work with Copilot Chat.

What does your team learn?

• Working safely: what happens to your data in Copilot Chat
• Writing good prompts for better answers
• Using Copilot Pages to collaborate on AI results
• Using agents for recurring tasks
• Practising with a real-world case

Who is it for?

For all employees who want to use AI in their daily work. No prior knowledge needed. Combine it with MS-4021 for a full day of Copilot. The training contributes to the AI literacy that the EU AI Act has required since February 2025.
