How does AI work and what can Copilot do for you?
Your team learns the basic principles of generative AI and Microsoft Copilot: what it is, what it can do, what the limits are and how it handles your data. You discover immediately what time savings are achievable in your own work practice.
Better results with the right prompt
Your team practises intensively writing effective prompts using the RICE method based on work scenarios from your own organisation. You learn how to give Copilot the right instructions and how to evaluate and improve the output.

Hands-on practice with Copilot in the Microsoft 365 apps your team uses daily. Writing and summarising documents in Word, generating formulas and analysing data in Excel, building presentations in PowerPoint, handling emails faster in Outlook and summarising meetings in Teams.
