What does a certificate give you?

For employees, a certificate is proof of expertise. It strengthens your CV and your position in a job interview or salary review. For organisations, it is an objective measurement: you know for certain that your team masters the software it uses every day. In tenders and with IT clients, a recognised certificate often counts as a requirement. And anyone preparing for an exam learns in a more focused way and remembers more.

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)

The MOS certificate is the global standard for Office skills. It shows that you master Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Outlook at a professional level. There are two levels: Associate and Expert.

• Excel: MO-210 Excel and MO-211 Excel Expert
• Word: MO-110 Word and MO-111 Word Expert
• PowerPoint and Outlook: MO-310 PowerPoint and MO-410 Outlook

A MOS exam costs €229. Pass several and you can earn the MOS Master title. For that there is the MOS Master certification package.

Microsoft, CompTIA and Cisco for IT professionals

For IT professionals we offer exams from the leading names in the market.

• Microsoft: from Fundamentals such as AZ-900 Azure and SC-900 Security (€159) to Associate and Expert.
• CompTIA: A+, Security+, CySA+ and more. Vendor-neutral and internationally recognised.
• Cisco: from CCNA to CCNP and CCDE.

You will also find exams from AWS, Fortinet, Juniper, HPE, Netskope and ISTQB, among others. Looking for an exam you do not see listed? Ask us and we will look into it for you.

Four ways to prepare

1. Certification package: all in one

E-learning, practice test and the official exam in a single order. The Excel 365 MO-210 certification package, for example, costs €379. Cheaper than buying separately, and you have one schedule.

2. Certification kit for IT

A certification kit combines e-learning, exam simulations and an online mentor. Ideal for CompTIA, Cisco and Microsoft exams.

3. Practice test

Already know the material? Test your knowledge first with a practice test. A GMetrix practice test for MOS, such as the MO-210 Excel practice test, costs €56.95. You see straight away where you are still losing points.

4. Hands-on in a lab environment

With Practice Labs and Live Labs you practise in a real IT environment, without risk to your own systems. From €139.

Where and when do you take the exam?

• Almere: every Friday from 09:00 to 10:00, by appointment. Free parking.
• Elsloo: by appointment.
• Online: from home or the office, on an agreed date.
• At your office: with the MOS Proctor an examiner administers the MOS exams at your location, including up to 12 laptops.

Once you pass, you receive your certificate and a digital badge you can share on LinkedIn.

What is the difference between a practice test and an exam?

A practice test is an exercise. You can take it several times and see your score immediately. The official exam earns you the recognised certificate.

How do I schedule my exam?

After your order we contact you to agree on a date. You can also arrange it directly with Sanne in the chat.

Can I take the exam online?

Yes. Most exams can be taken online on an agreed date. We tell you in advance what you need.

Which exam should I choose?

That depends on your role and goal. If you work a lot with Office, start with MOS. Starting out in IT? Then AZ-900, SC-900 or CompTIA A+ is a good first step. Unsure about your level? Take the free skills assessment.

What if I fail?

You can retake the exam with a new voucher. Taking a practice test first greatly reduces that risk.
