The MD-102 in-company training teaches your IT administrators and system administrators how to deploy, configure, secure, manage and monitor endpoints in your Microsoft 365 environment using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. The official Microsoft course lasts 5 days and is delivered at your location by a certified ICT trainer with practical experience. The training is fully tailored to the working methods and learning objectives of your team.
The MD-102 in-company training is ideal for IT administrators and system administrators responsible for deploying, configuring and securing Windows 11 devices and other endpoints in a Microsoft 365 environment. The training is also suitable for professionals who want to certify their knowledge with the MD-102 exam. Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 is required. Minimum 4 and maximum 12 participants per group. Multiple groups on the same day are possible.
Day 1: Modern Management and Windows Deployment
Fundamentals of modern endpoint management, Windows editions and Microsoft Entra ID. Planning Windows 11 deployment, configuring Windows Autopilot and implementing enrollment methods. Setting up the Intune environment and registering first devices.
Day 2: Device Management and Configuration Profiles
Managing devices via Microsoft Intune, creating configuration profiles for users and devices, setting up and monitoring compliance policies. Configuring co-management between Intune and Configuration Manager.
Day 3: Application Management and Update Management
Deploying applications via Intune for Windows, iOS, Android and macOS. Managing browser-based applications. Configuring Windows Update for Business and setting up update rings for controlled rollout.
Day 4: Identity, Access and Security
Identity management with Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication and privileged identity management. Configuring Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for endpoint security and threat detection.
Day 5: Advanced Management and Certification Preparation
Managing Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop. Advanced features of Microsoft Intune Suite. Troubleshooting, monitoring and reporting. Preparation for the official MD-102 certification exam.
The training is delivered in sessions of 3 hours: morning, afternoon or evening. A full training day consists of two sessions of 3 hours each. The MD-102 training lasts 5 full training days (10 sessions). Do you have more than 12 participants? We will schedule two groups of a maximum of 12 participants each on the same day. The trainer comes to your location or delivers the training at our training facility in Almere with free parking.

After the training your employees are fully prepared for the official MD-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate exam. OEM offers the associated certification exam as an official Pearson VUE exam centre. The exam can be taken on location in Almere or online via remote proctoring.
