SLIM subsidy — 60% reimbursement for SMEs
As a Dutch SME, you may be eligible for the SLIM subsidy for ICT training. The Dutch government reimburses 60% of your training costs, up to a maximum of €24,999 per application. Almost all ICT training courses from OEM are eligible for subsidy. The second 2026 application period opens on 10 August and closes on 7 September 2026. OEM will guide you through the application process.

Official exam centre
OEM is a recognised Microsoft Learning Partner and official Pearson VUE and Certiport exam centre. You can take your ICT exams at OEM from Monday to Saturday, with evening sessions on Monday and Thursday until 21:30. Free parking available. E-learning, in-company or classroom
OEM offers ICT training in multiple delivery formats. E-learning gives you 365 days of flexible access and is immediately available after ordering.
