The PL-7008 in-company training is suitable for Power Platform professionals, Copilot Studio developers, solution architects and anyone who wants to build custom AI agents for their organisation. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Copilot Studio is recommended. Ideal for organisations rolling out Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and wanting to extend it with custom agents. Minimum 4 and maximum 12 participants per group.
Day 1: Build Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
Introduction to Microsoft Copilot Studio: architecture, licences and integration with Power Platform. Creating and configuring a first agent. Designing topics: trigger phrases, conversation flows and responses. Creating custom entities for intent recognition and information extraction. Using variables for contextual conversations. Enabling generative AI: connecting knowledge sources via websites, documents and SharePoint. Integrating Power Automate flows for executing actions. Publishing agents to Microsoft Teams and external channels. Setting up analytics and monitoring for agent performance. Configuring security: single sign-on and authenticated agents.
After the training your employees are prepared for the Microsoft Applied Skills credential PL-7008: Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This free credential can be earned via a hands-on lab assessment on Microsoft Learn and shared directly on LinkedIn as proof of competence. OEM also offers the associated lab environment as an additional option.
