The MS-102 in-company training teaches your IT administrators and managers how to fully configure, manage and secure a Microsoft 365 environment. The training covers the three core areas of Microsoft 365 administration: tenant management, identity synchronization and security and compliance. The official Microsoft course lasts 5 days and is delivered at your location by a Microsoft Gold certified trainer with years of practical experience. The training is fully tailored to the working methods and learning objectives of your team.
The MS-102 in-company training is designed for IT professionals aspiring to the Microsoft 365 Administrator role who have completed at least one Microsoft 365 role-based certification path. Suitable for IT administrators and system administrators responsible for the daily management of a Microsoft 365 environment. Minimum 4 and maximum 12 participants per group. Multiple groups on the same day are possible.
Day 1: Microsoft 365 Tenant Management
Configuring a Microsoft 365 tenant, setting up organisational profile and subscription options, managing component services, creating user accounts and licences, assigning security groups and administrator roles. Configuring Office client connectivity and deploying Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.
Day 2: Microsoft 365 Identity Synchronisation
Planning and implementing Azure Active Directory Connect and Microsoft Entra Connect Cloud Sync. Managing directory synchronisation options and synchronised identities. Implementing password management with multi-factor authentication and self-service password management. Configuring conditional access and privileged identity management.
Day 3: Microsoft 365 Security Management
Analysing common threat vectors and data breaches. Using Microsoft Secure Score and configuring Azure Active Directory Identity Protection. Managing Exchange Online Protection, Safe Attachments and Safe Links. Analysing security reports for organisational health monitoring.
Day 4: Microsoft 365 Defender and Threat Intelligence
Implementing Microsoft 365 Defender for centralised security management. Configuring Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps for cloud application security. Deploying Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for endpoint threat detection and response. Managing security alerts and conducting incident response.
Day 5: Microsoft 365 Compliance Management
Implementing data governance including archiving and retention. Configuring Microsoft Purview message encryption. Designing and implementing Data Loss Prevention policies. Configuring insider risk management and information barriers. Implementing data classification and sensitivity labels via Microsoft Purview.
The training is delivered in sessions of 3 hours: morning, afternoon or evening. A full training day consists of two sessions of 3 hours each. The MS-102 training lasts 5 full training days (10 sessions). Do you have more than 12 participants? We will schedule two groups of a maximum of 12 participants each on the same day. The trainer comes to your location or delivers the training at our training facility in Almere with free parking.
Would you like to officially certify the knowledge as well? After the training your employees are fully prepared for the official MS-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert exam. OEM offers the associated certification exam as an official Pearson VUE exam centre. The exam can be taken on location in Almere or online via remote proctoring.
