The trainer contacts you by phone beforehand for an intake conversation. Current knowledge and skills, practical application and expectations and objectives are established. What is included with every in-company training?
Every in-company training at OEM includes an intake conversation with the trainer, online baseline assessment, a MOS-certified trainer with practical experience in your sector, logical structure of the course material, practical exercises, complimentary handouts and an online evaluation. After completion each participant receives a certificate of participation. Course books are available at additional cost.
